Job Title: Plumbing Supervisor

Pay:

• £23.88 per hour (PAYE)

• £27 per hour (Self-Employed)

Job Overview:

We are currently looking for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to join our team in Enfield, working within the Legal Disrepairs Team. This role will involve hands-on plumbing work as well as supervising a small team of plumbers and multi-trade operatives, ensuring high standards and compliance across all jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a range of plumbing repairs and installations in occupied social housing

• Supervise and support a team of plumbers and other operatives

• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in line with legal disrepair requirements

• Coordinate with the management team and report on job progress/issues

• Conduct quality checks and sign off works where required

• Assist with general maintenance tasks when needed (e.g. helping other trades or minor works)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory plumbing role (ideally in social housing)

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)

• Experience working on legal disrepair cases (desirable)

• Own tools

• Full, clean driving licence

• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Flexible, proactive, and hands-on attitude
